Now known as the Honey House, this building was first named the Sam Luckey Building. The first floor was a dry goods store while the second floor had the local telephone exchange. The structure of this building is rare. It is stucco over duntile. Duntile was a concrete modular building unit popular in the 1920's and 1930's. Duntile is no longer made. The Curtis family purchased this building in 1954.
